Every hour worked is logged with a short description of what it covered. You’ll see a live running total and a weekly report summarizing where your hours went. Nothing is billed against your block without a corresponding entry.
Bulk Hours expire after 90 days of purchase.
We’ll give you a heads-up when you hit 75% of your block, again at 90%, and again before any task that would put you over. You can top up at any time, and the per-hour rate of your existing block carries forward to your next purchase if you re-up within 30 days.
Yes. Many clients start with a Bulk Hours block to test the working relationship, then move to a monthly retainer once they have steady ongoing work. We’ll credit any unused hours toward your first retainer month.
